Tasha completed her business degree ( B.com; E-Commerce major) in Perth, Western Australia and from her first lecture knew she would one day build a business doing something she loved and that would allow her to share her passion with others. In the fall of 2008 Tasha completed her 9 week Intensive Bikram Teacher Training in Acapulco, Mexico. Since then she hasn't stopped her thirst for knowledge in the disciplines of yoga and health and fitness, completing another 200 hour Vinyasa flow and swing yoga teacher training in Dubai. Tasha has been practicing Bikram Yoga for 10 years. “People start to lose themselves in their work, their kids, and their daily routines. We need time for ourselves - time to de-stress; time to heal; time to meditate; time to personally grow. I love finishing a class and seeing the peace on everyone’s faces, that’s so rewarding. I truly love my job”


Peter's passion for fitness started from a young age. He was a keen sportsman throughout his school career. A serious knee injury unfortunately halted his professional rugby career, but led him to his passion - becoming a personal trainer. Peter has a holistic approach to health and fitness and is a certified Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K) coach and rehabilitation trainer. All of Peters’ programs are based on his clients’ individual needs. He asses posture, core function, and nutrition and lifestyle to design effective and efficient programs that are goal orientated. He has been in the fitness industry for 9 years. Learning about the body is a passion of Peter’s and he is continuously looking at ways to increase his knowledge base, branching out into herbal medicine and other various methods to increase health and wellness in his clients.

Natalie Hildon studied a Sports Science Degree in England and then went on to spend the next 17 years of her life working in the fitness industry. She began her career teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes, becoming qualified to level 2 in Matwork Pilates and managing studios in the North of England. In 2008 she discovered a burning passion for Ashtanga Yoga. After spending 3 years as a participant, Natalie spent 3 months in Rishikesh, India at the Tattvaa Yoga School, developing her skills to teach Primary and Secondary Series Ashtanga and obtained her 500hr RYA Qualification alongside studying Yoga Nidra and meditation. Natalie's specialties are her accurate adjustments learnt from her Guru Kamal Singh and her ability to teach to all levels with a welcoming and fun attitude.


Salma is Canadian of Egyptian descent and moved to Abu Dhabi in 2008 at the age of 25. Shortly after completing a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Management at the University of Toronto, she passed her Human Resources certification. Later, after progressing in her career, Salma completed her MBA. In July 2014, she decided to pursue her dreams and complete her Yoga Teacher Training in Kelowna, Canada. Salma completed her training in Moksha / Modo Hot Teacher Training where she was immersed in the theoretical and practical study of yoga. Salma is a certified Hot Hatha Yoga teacher having completed 300 hours, and looks forward to completing her additional 500 hours within the next few months. Salma loves living in Abu Dhabi and being a part of such a beautiful melting pot of cultures. She works as an HR Manager in her day job and truly believes that yoga is what gives her life peace and light.Salma is bilingual in Arabic and English, and is proficient in French.

"Tina is a multi-style yoga instructor registered under the Yoga Alliance, encouraging her students to play, have fun, and always approach yoga with a light heart. Tina has over eight years of teaching experience in the fitness world, and began her journey by teaching children's aerobics. With a background in dance, she has always seen the importance of connecting the physical body to the mental body. Trained in India under Karolina Krawczyk (Ma Prem Sagar), and Acharya (Yogesh) Siddharth, she is certified to teach Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yoga for Kids. Tina holds her Bachelor's Degree in Music, and always sees the importance of connecting one's yoga practice to mutually meditative sound. With over two thousand teaching hours in The US and Canada, Tina is excited to begin her yoga teaching journey in the UAE.


Heather first experienced yoga in 2004 at YMCA Fitness club and continued a home practice to keep her interest alive. In December 2012 she completed a 200 hour Corepower Yoga teacher certificate. In her classes students learn about yoga in a safe open minded environment. She creastes sequences that ecourage a stable foundation in every posture and links them together with breath in a dance like flow. She always offers a moment for students to set an intention and transform their flow into a moving meditation.  

'The connection of mind, mody and spirit is my true goal with each class. I strive to help students strengthen their bodies, challenge their focus and experience the values of patience, precence and intention. It is my hope that students cultivate these lessons on their mats and bring them into the world. In return, i am grateful for all the lessons i learn as well.
